About Us
Connecting Coast to Coast is a community-first social organization that accelerates opportunities for students, recent graduates, young professionals, and small business owners. We connect emerging talent with industry leaders, helping them build networks and gain mentorship from those they admire. We also focus on soft skills development, host networking opportunities, and spread AI education. Additionally, we support SME owners by providing access to mentors, marketing, communications and tech support, as well as information on funding and grant opportunities. We also feature young professionals and local businesses and promote them across the country to support their growth and success.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) struggle to find the right mentors, advisors, and resources to scale their businesses. Many of them don't know where to find information about grants, funding, and other opportunities available to them.

Small businesses in Newfoundland and Labrador often struggle to get their names recognized and don’t receive exposure from across the province, regions, or nationally, limiting their market reach and growth potential.
